Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor serves as the person in charge of the store in the absence of management, overseeing daily operations, supervising team members, and ensuring the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Jamba Juice, or Carvel products. This role is critical in providing guests with an outstanding experience while maintaining store premises and equipment according to company standards. The position requires managing cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and addressing guest needs and complaints.
