Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor provides 24-hour awake coverage and is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shelter, including providing general supervision and direction to staff, volunteers, and guests. This position ensures the welfare, safety, and comfort of shelter guests while facilitating their intake, discharge, and transition toward stability and self-sufficiency. The role involves managing daily program operations, overseeing supportive services, and maintaining a secure and respectful environment for all individuals.
