Shift Supervisor

This role is responsible for the safe and efficient supervision of day-to-day assigned Crush operations department shifts, supporting the Production Manager in monitoring and improving plant productivity. The position requires cultivating a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and driving continuous improvement in operations excellence. The Shift Supervisor oversees production activities, tracks productivity, and collaborates with management to address operational issues and plan annual shutdowns.
