Shift Supervisor

Barminco is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to provide frontline leadership and supervision to underground mining crews, ensuring safe, productive, and efficient operations. Reporting to the Project Manager or Mine Foreman, the role involves coordinating daily underground activities, leading crews to achieve operational targets, and maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and legislative requirements. This position is offered on a FIFO roster from Perth to site.
