Shift Supervisor

This role leads daily operations across Water-Cooled Chiller fabrication and assembly lines, owning safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance on shift. The supervisor drives execution through frontline leadership, standard work, and disciplined problem-solving to meet production commitments in a high-mix manufacturing environment. The position involves developing team capability, enforcing standards, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining a zero-incident safety culture.
