Shift Supervisor

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead and support a team of Youth Care Professionals at their East Bethel, MN youth and teen psychiatric residential treatment facility. The role involves creating a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment while providing direct supervision, coaching, and support to staff. The Shift Supervisor serves as a critical link between youth, staff, treatment teams, and leadership to ensure consistent implementation of treatment objectives and safety practices.
