Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor is a member of the Site Management Team responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living operations at Les Peters Academy, a residential commitment program for female youth. The role ensures programs are implemented in accordance with organizational policies and licensing requirements while providing a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth served.
