Shift Team Lead

The Shift Team Lead reports to the Production Supervisor and oversees daily operator schedules, training, and machine status to ensure production consistency and quality. This role involves coordinating with support teams, implementing 5-S standards, and monitoring cycle times to maximize throughput while maintaining safety and clean work areas. The position requires proficiency in IQMS and MRP systems, along with the ability to lead by example and promote a positive team attitude.
