Shift Training Specialist

The Shift Training Specialist is an internal role responsible for ensuring production operators remain current and compliant with all required training. This position coordinates and facilitates on-the-floor technical skills training across specialty areas including sanitization, aseptic gowning, fill and cap, glass, wash and prep, and compounding. The role partners closely with Path Guides to support new hire integration and serves as a key support resource to the Shift Supervisor in driving shift-level training KPIs.
