Shipping and Logistics Supervisor

The Shipping and Logistics Supervisor leads shipping, logistics, and outbound distribution activities to ensure customer orders are delivered safely, accurately, cost-effectively, and on time. This role is accountable for departmental performance related to safety, delivery, inventory accuracy, cost, and customer satisfaction while developing a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement throughout shipping operations. The position provides direct leadership to Shipping personnel and serves as the primary liaison among Shipping, Operations, Production, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, and external transportation providers.
