The Shipping Coordinator plays a critical role in forming a best-in-class Shipping/Order Fulfillment team at Twist Bioscience, ensuring all orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time. This position requires close collaboration with Customer Support, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Receiving teams to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves handling administrative and physical shipping tasks, including cold chain product handling, documentation, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Pick and pull cold chain life sciences products using manufacturing execution system
Prepare shipping boxes with packing material and refrigerants for domestic and international shipments
Create and verify shipping documents and maintain shipping logs
