Shipping & Receiving Lead

The Shipping & Receiving Lead partners with Shift Leads to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate execution of all shipping and receiving operations. This position serves as the department's subject matter expert and primary point of contact for resolving operational issues, coordinating daily dock activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading department employees to achieve operational goals.
