About this role

The Shipping & Receiving Manager oversees all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure materials, products, and retail customer orders move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout Cirkul’s operations. This role manages daily execution of shipping and receiving activities, carrier coordination, and team performance to support production demands and fulfill retail customer orders on time. The position also leads the Pick & Pack team responsible for case pick operations to support customers.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Manage inbound and outbound logistics including carrier coordination and shipment scheduling
Lead and develop shipping and receiving teams while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety compliance
