Shipyard Structural Welder

Venture Dynamics is looking for experienced shipyard structural welders to perform high‑quality welding, fabrication, and structural repairs on Navy and commercial vessels across the Hampton Roads region. The role involves using SMAW, FCAW, and related processes, interpreting drawings and weld maps, and adhering to NAVSEA and safety standards while working aboard ships, in dry docks, and in fabrication shops.
