Shop Foreman

The Shop Foreman leads day-to-day shop floor activities, working alongside service technicians to ensure repair and maintenance work is performed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role involves assigning and prioritizing daily work, providing hands-on technical guidance, and performing complex diagnostics and repairs. The position serves as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and safety questions while coordinating with the Service Manager and Parts Department to maintain workflow and quality standards.
