Shop Lead

The Shop Lead supports the team and upholds Dutch Bros' core values of Speed, Quality, and Service while serving as a resource for employees and assisting the manager with inventory and operational needs. This role requires maintaining proper inventory levels, modeling expectations for crew members, and contributing to crew development under the guidance of the Shop Manager. The position involves flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a minimum of 37 hours per week.
