Shop Service Technician

The Shop Service Technician provides in-shop technical support, diagnostics, and repairs for a diverse portfolio of heavy equipment, including HPM, Elliott Utility, Vactor, and TRUVAC systems. This role combines mechanical and technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities to ensure equipment is serviced safely and efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships. The position requires operating independently to minimize downtime and deliver high-quality repairs in alignment with company and OEM standards.
