Shop Service Technician

The Shop Service Technician performs in-shop diagnostics, preventive maintenance, service, and repairs for a diverse portfolio of heavy equipment, including tree care, snow, and environmental infrastructure machinery. This role ensures equipment is serviced safely and efficiently while supporting new, used, rental, and customer-owned units to minimize downtime and prepare them for delivery. The technician collaborates with service leadership, parts personnel, and fellow technicians within a heavy equipment shop environment.
