About this role

A Shopfloor Apps Solution Architect / Delivery Coordinator at PHINIA owns delivery outcomes for manufacturing IT projects across multiple PHINIA plants, coordinating engineering resources, vendor teams, and plant stakeholders to meet scope, timeline, and quality commitments. The coordinator evaluates technical proposals, solution designs, and effort estimates from engineers and vendors; identifies gaps, challenges assumptions, and ensures alignment with PHINIA’s architecture standards and shopfloor realities. The coordinator serves as the primary in-timezone interface between plant ME/OpEx teams and the delivery team, triaging incoming requests, setting priorities, and managing stakeholder expectations. The coordinator coordinates cross-functional delivery across MES, ERP (SAP), SCADA/PLC, historians, and IoT platform integrations, ensuring end-to-end solution coherence across the integration landscape.
