Short Term Planner

The Short Term Planner plays a key role in the Fleet Engineering team by taking ownership of short-term aircraft maintenance planning to keep the Voyager fleet airworthy and available for operational requirements. This shift-based role involves coordinating maintenance activities up to six months ahead, balancing maintenance needs with aircraft availability and operational priorities across various departments. The position requires managing a three-month rolling maintenance plan, optimizing maintenance inputs, and coordinating resources to support timely aircraft turnaround and fleet availability.
