Shoulder Cutter

This full-time production role involves rotating among Cone Loader, Wing Rounder, and Shoulder Cutter positions based on production needs. The primary responsibility is to accurately cut the shoulder and disjoint the wing from the front half to prepare it for the wing rounder. The position requires maintaining low scrape scores, removing bones as necessary, and sharpening knife blades regularly. The role also involves participating in team development, adhering to company operating systems, and working in a cold environment with loud machinery.
