About this role

The Showroom Experience Coordinator collaborates with sales organizations to plan and deliver onsite and virtual client visits to a MillerKnoll showroom for global clients, dealer partners, and A+D firms. This role ensures each experience is tailored, memorable, and authentic to the brand by coordinating logistics, troubleshooting, and providing professional hospitality. The Coordinator also supports post-visit follow-up and maintains accurate metrics to advance the sales process and reinforce MillerKnoll's design leadership.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute tailored onsite and virtual showroom visits for diverse client groups
Coordinate complex logistics including transportation, accommodations, and technology setup
Serve as primary troubleshooter to ensure seamless client experiences during visits
Support post-visit follow-up activities including surveys and thank-you communications
Maintain accurate client visit information and metrics for business reporting
