Showroom Specialist

The Showroom Specialist works closely with customers and contractors to plan and design cabinet projects that meet their needs, style, and budget. This role assists with project layouts, measurements, plans, colors, styles, and product selections while ensuring all necessary materials are ordered and available to successfully complete the project. The position involves preparing product recommendations, quotes, and project information for customers, as well as coordinating product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules. The specialist maintains accurate documentation, builds strong relationships with customers and vendors, and provides exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project process.
