Shuttle & Service Operations Supervisor

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Shuttle & Service Operations Supervisor to oversee daily shuttle services, front desk operations, and related customer-facing service programs within Campus Safety & Security at the Prescott campus. This position coordinates daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and administrative functions to ensure reliable, professional service to the campus community. The role provides direct oversight of service operations staff, manages performance and scheduling, addresses operational challenges, and supports staff development and onboarding.
