SiC Process Engineer

The SiC Process Engineer is a key member of the Process Engineering team responsible for the development, qualification, and industrialisation of Laser Anneal, Back Metal, and Backgrind processes for SiC power devices. This role involves providing technical ownership of process modules, supporting the transfer of new technologies from R&D into manufacturing, and ensuring robust process controls and specifications are established. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, yield, and quality while maintaining awareness of industry best practices.
