This role focuses on driving operational excellence at the plant by implementing and sustaining the Integrated Sigma Excellence System (SIES). The position ensures continuous process improvement, systematic loss elimination, and value generation for the business through effective problem-solving tools and strategic project alignment. It involves fostering a collaborative culture, optimizing work systems to reduce costs and defects, and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
