Sign Designer

The Sign Designer develops and manages signage programs for Benderson’s nationwide real‑estate portfolio, creating tenant storefront, pylon, wayfinding, and project signage. The role produces scalable, print‑ready design files, prepares municipal permitting packages, and coordinates with vendors and internal teams to ensure brand‑consistent, code‑compliant signage across multiple properties.
