Sign Language Interpreting Specialist (S)

The Sign Language Interpreting Specialist provides communication access through ASL interpreting and coordination for staff and consumers at the Greensboro Regional Center. This role involves mentoring interpreters across ten central North Carolina counties, coordinating training, and ensuring legal compliance for interpreting services. The position also serves as the primary lead for managing a large group of interpreters within the region.
