Broadcom’s ASIC Products Division is seeking an experienced Signal Integrity/Power Integrity (SI/PI) engineer to help develop next-generation ASIC products focused on parallel interfaces and advanced interconnect technologies. The role blends application engineering and R&D work, partnering with customers, internal IP/R&D teams, and manufacturing partners across MCM, 2.5D, and 3D technology spaces. It offers the opportunity to shape leading-edge IC solutions used in AI/ML, cloud, wireless infrastructure, and networking.
