Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET Characterization Engineer

This role involves supporting the electrical characterization, performance evaluation, qualification, and production release of SiC power MOSFET products. The engineer will develop and execute characterization plans, perform DC, AC, and thermal testing, and evaluate performance under various conditions. The position requires strong laboratory skills and expertise in SiC device physics to investigate abnormal behavior and support production test limits.
