About this role

The Silicon Packaging Technician on Starlink’s Silicon Assembly team performs hands-on integrated circuit packaging and assembly to support in-house development and manufacturing of Starlink hardware. The role partners closely with IC packaging and test engineers, equipment manufacturers, and leadership to deliver high-quality, reliable, and manufacturable products. This position operates and maintains semiconductor packaging equipment within strict cleanroom and ESD environments to support high-throughput production.
