Silicon Photonics Designer

Neurophos is seeking an experienced Silicon Photonics Designer to lead the end‑to‑end design, simulation, layout, and characterization of passive silicon photonic components for high‑performance co‑packaged optics AI inference systems. The role involves close collaboration with foundry partners and cross‑functional VLSI, packaging, systems, and testing teams to bring designs from concept to production‑ready silicon.
