Silver Peak Plant Manager

The Plant Manager will lead day-to-day operations of the Silver Peak, NV facility that includes brine wells, evaporation ponds, and lithium salts production. The role is accountable for safe, compliant, and cost-effective site performance, including HSE, production, maintenance, financial results, talent development, and long-term site strategy. The manager will engage with employees, the local community, and regulatory bodies while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
