SIMS HR Technician

The SIMS HR Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep, data integrity, and system validation of SECEP's Student Information Systems for staff and students, primarily Synergy and Munis. The role involves database management, report and query writing, routine quality audits, and staff training to ensure accurate student and personnel data. This position requires close collaboration with central administration, school-based leadership, teaching staff, and Human Resources, while serving as operational backup to the Enrollment Coordinator.
