About this role
A Simulated Participant (SP) at the Clinical Skills Assessment Center is a trained individual who portrays patients, family members, or clinical team members to support the education and evaluation of health care learners and providers. SPs simulate clinical cases based on real encounters, may be physically examined or recorded during simulations, and provide standardized, constructive feedback on communication and interpersonal skills. This is a part-time, on-call (PRN) role supporting learner exam and training sessions.
