Simulator Manager

The Simulator Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the air traffic control simulator at East Midlands Airport, ensuring it remains reliable, operationally accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards. This role involves designing and validating training exercises, maintaining airspace models, and overseeing the competency scheme for pseudo pilots. The position requires close collaboration with training staff, operational experts, and external suppliers to support safe and effective training delivery.
