About this role
The Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Advisor for Forward Leeds is the primary gateway for calls and referrals into Waythrough’s local service, providing an initial coordinated response and directing people to appropriate support. The role sits within a multi-disciplinary recovery team supporting people with mental health, substance use, housing or domestic abuse challenges. This is a permanent, full-time onsite position based at Tower Court in Leeds.
