Leidos Defense Sensors is seeking a Site Activation Lead to drive complex radar modernization and site deployment activities across multiple operational locations. The role involves leading cross-functional engineering teams to manage site surveys, activation planning, and deployment execution while ensuring alignment with program requirements. The candidate will coordinate with various departments including engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and cybersecurity to ensure safe and efficient site operations.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional engineering teams executing site activation and deployment activities
Plan and coordinate site surveys, activation schedules, and deployment readiness documentation
Interface with program management, engineering, and customer representatives to ensure successful execution
Identify and manage site activation risks, dependencies, and critical path activities
Mentor junior engineers and guide site support personnel in deployment best practices
