Site Activation Lead

This role leads and manages the strategic, operational, and financial execution of site activation activities, including site identification, regulatory processes, and contract negotiations for clinical studies. The position involves overseeing start-up and lifecycle maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate patient enrollment. The role also includes mentoring colleagues, developing customer relationships, and contributing to organizational initiatives.
