The Site Administrative Coordinator provides full-time administrative support to USACS System and Site Medical Directors, overseeing daily operations through clerical, administrative, and office management functions. This role serves as the primary liaison between USACS locations, regional leadership, corporate personnel, physicians, patients, and hospital staff. The position ensures effective coordination of site leadership schedules, meeting logistics, and clinician onboarding processes.
