Site Administrator

As a Site Administrator for The Salvation Army, you will provide high-quality administrative and financial support to the Program Manager and Leadership Team to ensure the efficient operation of residential services for people experiencing homelessness. This role involves managing accounts payable, coordinating fleet and asset management, supporting maintenance operations, and preparing program documentation across Victorian programs. You will work alongside a passionate team to create safe, supportive pathways towards independence and wellbeing for individuals facing trauma and complex health needs.
