Site Administrator

The Site Administrator oversees day-to-day workplace operations across Milestone's India office sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-managed environments through facilities management, vendor coordination, and office administration. This role partners with local management, APAC Business Support, and People & Culture to drive workplace standards, support regional initiatives, and enhance the employee experience. The position reports to the Office Manager, Asia-Pacific, and is responsible for managing office budgets, leading workplace projects, and facilitating seamless site communications and logistics.
