About this role
The Site Autonomy Engineer provides hands-on support for the operational autonomous vehicle fleet at a designated site, working with electromechanical and software systems to ensure safe and successful deployments. The role supports vehicle launches, maintains mapping assets, and partners with engineering teams to validate features and resolve issues. The engineer works in the field to implement hardware changes, perform testing and calibrations, and ensure vehicles meet May’s safety and rider comfort standards.
