About this role

We are seeking an experienced Site Controller to drive financial leadership and operational excellence within a dynamic manufacturing environment at Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company. Reporting directly to plant leadership in Arlington, TX, this pivotal role ensures strong financial performance while partnering cross-functionally across operations, commercial teams, and corporate finance. The Controller will oversee month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to support the company's continued growth and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Direct activities of the accounting department in accordance with GAAP
Coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
Oversee payroll processing and approvals within the Finance Department
Perform monthly variance analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities
Participate in SAP ERP system implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
