Site Coordinator

The CCS Site Coordinator serves as a liaison between district staff and project management to facilitate student well-being, achievement, and school connectedness through the Connected Community Schools Model. This role involves organizing district-level meetings, managing the LINK operating system for referrals, and coordinating family engagement activities and community resource partnerships. The position requires collaboration with school staff to implement programs and conduct needs assessments that align with district strategic plans.
