Site Coordinator

The Site Coordinator provides onsite consultation and professional development to schools and youth partners, fostering social thinking and increasing physical activity through play-based learning. This role involves collaborating with school administration, teachers, and recess staff to implement Playworks best practices, model strategies, and sustain a positive classroom and recess culture. The position requires delivering coaching, training, and program implementation across multiple elementary schools to support student leadership and conflict resolution skills.
