Site Coordinator

The Site Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an excellent post-sale experience for Contract Builders customers, ensuring projects progress smoothly from order through to successful completion. Acting as the main link between site and the office, the role is responsible for coordinating activity, maintaining clear communication, resolving issues quickly, and helping ensure plots are completed within agreed timescales. The position also involves identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes while supporting strong customer relationships and long-term retention.
