The Site Director, DC leads all aspects of the high-volume distribution center operations to ensure on-time delivery, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. This role oversees inventory management, coordinates inbound and outbound logistics, and drives operational excellence across people, processes, and technology. The position requires strategic leadership to optimize cost, speed, and scalability while maintaining exceptional customer service in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

Lead all fulfillment center operations including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and reverse logistics
Own peak planning and execution including holiday surges, flash sales, and promotional events
Oversee performance and optimization of WMS, OMS, TMS, labor management, and fulfillment technologies
