About this role

As a Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will serve as a trusted advisor and communication bridge between clinical trial sites, vendors, and the sponsor to enhance study performance and participant recruitment. You will collaborate with study teams to develop engagement strategies, monitor site metrics, and provide guidance on protocols and regulatory requirements while conducting quality-related site visits. This role focuses on identifying and removing barriers to enrollment rather than direct on-site monitoring.
