The role involves deploying and maintaining shop floor devices, managing industrial networks, providing local helpdesk support, and troubleshooting production equipment integration. Collaboration occurs directly with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure the manufacturing line runs efficiently.

Responsibilities

Image and deploy laptops and shop floor terminals for site staff
Configure and maintain industrial switches, access points, and wiring
Troubleshoot network connectivity for test stations and production equipment
Manage local helpdesk ticket queue and provide on-floor end user support
Document network diagrams and maintain accurate asset inventory records
